Yesterday Drug Czar John Walters announced the formation of Parent Corps, yet another government program aimed at keeping kids away from drugs, according to the Washington Times.

"We know that parents remain the most important influence on children, particularly when it comes to decisions about drugs," Mr. Walters said.

We know that, too. But we also know that it is the job of parents, not government, to do this.
