How to Teach Kids About Drugs

For those who prefer that children learn about drugs through honest education -- rather than by being subjected to strip searches, snarling dogs, nosy pee watchers, handcuffs, or government nonsense -- I give you the kids' book It's Just a Plant. Actually, I'm not technically giving it to you. But author Ricardo Cortes is. And with a little help from the Alliance, MPP and Cortes's Magic Propaganda Mill, each of which kicked in some funds, it says at the bottom of this page.

What I will give you is the shortest book review of all time:

Jackie's parents smoke pot. In their own room. After she's asleep. It's not a big deal.

Jonathan Yardley, I know you're nervous.
