1) The website is up for that video, Never Get Busted Again. There's a trailer on YouTube. I have to admit, I'm curious.

2) Law Enforcement Against Prohibition has publicly severed ties with the guy who made the video, Barry Cooper. Their statement doesn't address whether they support the video or not, just that they can't have a speaker affiliated with LEAP who is making a profit from the anti-prohibition message:

Our speakers don't earn a salary for the many hours they put in to educate the public about LEAP's goals of ending drug prohibition. We have worked for four years to build our reputation based on ethics and integrity. The only reason people listen to us is because they believe we are unbiased and present the truth about the war on drugs. Much of that belief is based on the fact that we are not a moneymaking organization.

This sounds like a smart call on their part.
